Oliver & Partners is a boutique English-speaking international law firm based in Rome, Italy.

Our legal team is made up of three lawyers admitted to practice in England and Wales and in Italy.

Our international law firm is able to work in a number of European languages – in addition to providing services in fluent English and Italian, our team can also assist in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish.

Oliver & Partners strives to offer a quality legal service, providing practical solutions and achieving results that exceed expectations.

We aim to offer the high standard of professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail which our international clients expect to receive.

Client care is one of our main priorities.  We work in a small team which guarantees our international clients a more personalised service.

Our members all have solid backgrounds working in international firms, and as a team we are able offer a wide range of legal skills, languages, and experience of both the common law and Italian legal systems.

We aim to be transparent as to our fees, agreeing our terms of business with our clients when first instructed, and keeping our clients regularly informed on costs being incurred on their behalf. We use time-recording software, from which we can prepare a detailed and up-to-date list in English of our activity and time spent.

Please note that Oliver & Partners is not a registered partnership, but is made up of a network of sole practitioners (liberi professionisti), each of whom is an individual self-employed lawyer, registered to practice in England and/or in Italy in their own right.
