She worked for the leading Surrey and South-East law firm, TWM Solicitors, in both their Guildford and Wimbledon offices from 2007 to 2011, both as a trainee Solicitor and then after her qualification as a Solicitor. Representing individuals, companies, charities and trusts, she gained a wide range of experience in civil litigation and advocacy in the High Court and County Court, in matters including conveyancing, commercial property, debt recovery, shareholders’ disputes, probate, personal injury claims, intellectual property, insolvency and Landlord and Tenant law. She was also involved in extensive pre-contentious work and dispute resolution.

She joined the English Law team at Studio Legale Paoletti in September 2011 and is one of the founder members of Oliver & Partners. She is registered with the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma as an avvocato stabilito (established European lawyer).

Jessica has now gained four years’ experience working in Italy, advising clients on Italian law and cross-border matters involving Italy.  She has steadily built an international network of lawyers, notaries and other professionals in countries in Italy, England, the United States and Australia.

Jessica is responsible for coordinating the network of US law firms who collaborate with our firm on cross-border matters.
