Our legal team is made up of dual-qualified English Solicitors and Avvocati. Our team is able to provide a wide range of legal skills, languages, having experience of both the common law and Italian legal systems. Our English Solicitors appear on the British Embassy’s List of UK Solicitors practising in Italy.
Oliver & Partners is made up exclusively of lawyers and assistants who are either mother-tongue or fluent English speakers, in order to ensure that our legal advice, often on complicated aspects of Italian law, can be communicated clearly to our non-Italian speaking clients.
We aim to offer a personal and tailored service by senior lawyers, so that clients can expect to have continuity with experienced lawyers that are handling their case.
Good communication with our clients is very important to us. We aim to keep clients regularly updated on the progress of their case, to set out our advice clearly and to be available for clarification when necessary.
We have a policy of setting a clear and transparent fees estimate and timescale at the start of any matter, and will provide regular updates on costs being incurred and the work being undertaken.
