Legal experience

Liliana is an expert in Italian immigration law.

In 2012 she completed a stage at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and in 2013 she was a delegate at the United Nations in Bangkok. She has trained in various law firms in Milan and Rome and is now a specialist in Italian Immigration and Administrative Law.

Liliana has extensive experience in making the following applications: visas for re-entry into Italy, family, study, elective residence reasons (visto per reingresso, motivi familiari, residenza elettiva e studio); permits of stay and “blue card” (permessi di soggiorno e carta blu); permits for family re-union (permesso di soggiorno per ricongiungimento familiare); permanent, temporary and seasonal work permits (permesso di soggiorno stagionale e temporaneo); residence permits for EU long-term residents (Carta di soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo) and residence cards for family members of EU citizens (Permesso di soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo a favore dei familiari).

Liliana has represented minors, vulnerable clients, and detained clients.

In the event of a refusal from the Ministero dell’Interno Liliana is able to assess merits and where there are grounds will deal with the appeal and represent clients at the Civil Court (Tribunale Civile), TAR (Tribunale Amministrative Regionale) and Justice of the Peace (Giudice di Pace).

Liliana also conducts appeals at the Civil Appeal Court and Tribunal of Minors against any family related refusals (Ricorsi al Tribunale Civile e al Tribunale Minorenni avverso diniego per motivi familiari); appeals at TAR against refusals of Italian citizenship (Ricorso TAR avverso diniego cittadinanza) and appeals at the Giudice di Pace against deportation (Ricorso al Giudice di pace contro l’espulsione stranieri).
